We’ve partnered with Stick Leg Ranch in Conrad, Montana — a family-owned, regenerative ranch raising animals the right way. Their pasture-raised pigs live outdoors, grazing on grass, roots, and a blend of grain and lentils to create naturally rich, flavorful sausage.

That local andouille sausage pairs perfectly with our wild-caught Alaskan Dungeness crab, weathervane scallops, and easy-peel, sidestripe shrimp, rounded out with hearty potatoes, sweet corn, and our secret spice kit for a full traditional boil.
